Employed at NatWest Bank as a clerical officer for 6 years. Following a word processing course Louise was employed by Bidwells Chartered Surveyors (Norwich) for 8 years as

senior secretary and personal secretary to the Head of the Commercial Department with experience of various commercial and building surveying documents. Other roles included office IT mentor, staff trainer, assisting with client PR events and Chairperson for Bidwells’ Commercial secretaries responsible for the design and installation of their first corporate style. Established SOS-online Limited in June 2000.

Bev studied at Lowestoft College passing both the London Chamber of Commerce Private Secretary and BEC National Diploma (Secretarial) qualifications. Following graduation employed by NatWest Bank for 18 years, 17 of these as the Bank Manager’s personal secretary and Branch senior secretary overseeing all typing; confidentiality was of the utmost importance. Office Manager with SOS-online since it was established in June 2000.
